As what i said ,the Guo Zi Jian was a school in Sue dynasty what was supposed to provide such kind of the education service which was introduced by me in last section .
Last time ,such kind of education service was formally called Tai Xue Tang .
最後，叫做京師大學堂的太學堂。就是現在中國的北京大學。成立於一八九八年。
Finally ,such kind of education service and hierarchical examination system were changed in order to provide modern education service ,and it finally becomes a physical university .Its name was also changed to be Jin Shi Da Xue Tang .
Now ,we call Jin Shi Da Xue Tang as Bei Jing Da Xue .It was founded in 1898 .

大學，是指中國的四書。大學、中庸、論語、禮記。大學之道在於明明德，意思是指，大學這本書的所教授的道理，在於顯明光明磊落的德性。
The Da Xue is talking about four classical knowledge of chinese culture .Da Xue ,Zhong Yong ,Luen Yu ,Li Ji .the way of the Da Xue is about representing clearly moral morality .
大學也指，博大深奧的學問。
The Da Xue also means that it is the widely deepset technology .

而大學，之所以叫做大學，是指，你接受大學教育是要追求更深奧的學問。
The university which is called the Da Xue is about you are able to be accepted or educated by the university for knowing more about widely deepset technology .
中國很早就就有大學的概念，隋朝時代就有，就是所謂的個級科舉考試系統。
In china , there were some concepts about university ,but there was no physical university that existed in the ancient china .
About the conceptual university in the chinese history ,such kind of the conceptual university has already existed since Sue dynasty .
In this case ,Each degree should have been called hierarchical examination system (Ke Ju Kao Shi) .
只可惜，中國的學校通通都是私辦除了國子監外，沒有公辦。另外中國的個級科舉考試不是為做學問而設計，是為了任用人才而設計。而唯一的公辦學校就是國子監，通常也是國家唯一的學校，更是全中國的最高學府。所以，科舉考試在中國相當重要。
In this system ,all school was founded by an individual person for ‘all people’ except Guo Zi Jian (i will explain what Guo Zi Jian is later) .All of those schools has been called Si Shu .
So ,there was no one which was founded by gorvernment for ‘all people’ .
In the other word ,each degree did not design for providing any certification about technology .
It just provides a qualification for qualifying who should be able to work for gorvernment only .
The only one school which was founded by government has been called Guo Zi Jian ,it usually provided education service for ‘few people’ ,and it was only one public school in the china .
It also meant that this public school was the highest of all in the china .
So hierarchical examination system was very important in the ancient china .

而第一間公辦的西式大學，應該是清朝的北洋大學堂。成立於一八九五年。
The totally modern university in the china should be Bei Yang Da Xue Tang in Qin Dynasty ,it was founded in 1895 .
這所公辦的大學，也是中國第一個最高的學府。但你不能稱這所大學為太學堂。
This totally modern university is for all people ,and it is first hightest university in the china .But you can not call this university ,Tai Xue Tang .
而這所大學也就是現在的天津大學。
This university now is Tian Jin Da Xue .
這所學校跟後來的清華大學都是一樣的思考。
This university is like other universities in the china .
完全以做學問為目地。
All is about studying technology .
