I think, Spiderman 3 is still a good movie, there are still important messages: messages for we can choose to be good, we can choose to be happy, and even we can choose to put down our hatrate, and most of all, learn to forgive. The GC and action still good, although I agree with you, there are too many bad-characters and the decription of each character is not deep enough. Your review is good.
