And the communication among people ... The only possible business model I can think for this company is as the hiring agent. But, talking about EQ to communicate to do team work, it fails again. I think it has been tried and tried and tried. Software development just doesn’t work in this way.

Sometimes, or most of the times, the domain knowledge is much more important than the coding capability.

And the code should be readable and maintainable by the people in the future. And the communication among people …

The only possible business model I can think for this company is as the hiring agent. But, talking about EQ to communicate to do team work, it fails again.
